Complete Failed Payment on Fielist Subscription

Step 1: Log into Your Account

  1. Visit the website where you made the subscription purchase.
  2. Click on the "My Account" menu, can be found at the top right of the website.
  3. Enter your username/email and password, then click "Log In".

Step 2: Access Your Subscriptions

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab. This section lists all your active and inactive subscriptions.

Step 3: Retry Payment

  1. In the "Subscriptions" tab, look for the related order with the "Failed" status.
  2. Click on the “Pay" button.
  3. You may be redirect to checkout or payment gateway page. Ensure you fill in with the correct payment details or update your payment information if needed.
  4. Confirm the payment and complete the transaction.

Step 4: Check Payment Status

  1. After making the payment, check the status of your subscription to ensure the payment was successful.
  2. You should receive a confirmation email once the payment is processed.
